ELLA N. ODUM
Ella joined the law firm in August 2002 as the receptionist in our Bristol office. She was reassigned to an administrative assistant position in July 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Ella worked for Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee as a customer service representative in the patient financial services department. She graduated from Bristol Tennessee High School in 1991.
Ella currently holds the position of intake case manager in the firm’s personal injury department and administrative assistant. She is responsible for contacting medical providers, obtaining, and inputting provider value information. She is also responsible for providing assistance to the managing partner and administrator in administrative areas, handling incoming and outgoing mail, pre-screening potential personal injury cases, and other duties as requested or assigned.
