BESSIE SUE MULLENAUX
Bessie started with the law firm in 2001 working part-time in our Lebanon office assisting on the front desk and with closed files. She was hired full-time in May 2002 after graduating from Southwest Virginia Community College in Richlands, Virginia with an Associate in Arts and Science Degree with a major in Business Administration. She graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was moved to a paralegal position in our social security disability department and was assigned to a caseload.
While working full-time at the firm, she continued her education and graduated in May 2007 from The University of Virginia’s College at Wise in Wise, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
She is responsible for the overview of a volume caseload, pre-screening potential new clients, setting up new files, processing calls and mail from clients, requesting and reviewing medical evidence, setting up medical evaluations for clients, and assisting the attorney with the development of cases.
