GREGORY R. HERRELL
Greg is a partner and the manager of the social security department. He has practiced law since 1979. Prior to joining the firm of Browning, Morefield, Schelin & Arrington in 1979, he served as an attorney-advisor to an administrative law judge in Arlington, Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, in Blacksburg, Virginia and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Tennessee.
All new cases taken in all the firm’s offices are managed in the Bristol office. He sees clients on a daily basis, attends hearings and supervises the development of a volume caseload. His office staff consists of paralegals and clerical support staff.
