Jackie joined the law firm in March 1990 as a case manager in the personal injury non-litigation department. She received a Legal Assistant certificate from Mountain Empire Community College in Big Stone Gap, Virginia in 1990. She graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Jackie is responsible for the overall development of personal injury cases under the direct supervision of an attorney; keeping the clients advised of the status of their cases; contacting insurance adjustors and medical providers to obtain information; and preparing the cases for negotiation, settlement, or litigation.
