BRENDA A. BOOTHE
Brenda joined the law firm in September 1989 as the receptionist in our Lebanon office. In March 1990, Brenda transferred to our personal injury non-litigation department as a case manager. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed with Southwest Virginia Bonding Agency in Lebanon, Virginia. She graduated from Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Virginia in 1987.
Brenda is responsible for the overall development of personal injury cases under the direct supervision of an attorney; keeping the clients advised of the status of their cases; contacting insurance adjustors and medical providers to obtain information; and, preparing the cases for negotiation, settlement, or litigation.
